Circular Strategy Advisory

Practical services from insights to implementation.

Rising costs, increasing supply chain risk, and growing dependence on scarce materials are putting pressure on established business models.

My goal is simple: to help organisations explore, develop, and transition towards more profitable and resilient circular business models.

I work through independent advisory and strategic sparring with management, focusing on how products, services, supply chains, and procurement practices can be rethought to reduce dependency, manage risk, and strengthen long-term competitiveness. Engagements can stand alone or serve as the starting point for more focused advisory work.

Circular economy – a business introduction

Duration:

2.5-hour training session

A business-oriented introduction to circular economy, designed for decision-makers.

  • How circular approaches can strengthen profitability, resilience, and market position
  • How circularity links to ESG requirements, decarbonisation, and upcoming regulation
  • Examples of how companies have used circular approaches to build competitive advantage
  • Key considerations for management when assessing circular opportunities and next steps

Workshop-based services

Before entering longer advisory or workshop-based engagements, I always suggest a short initial meeting to clarify objectives, scope, and fit. This ensures that the approach is well aligned with the organisation’s situation and that the engagement delivers relevant value from the outset.

Circular Potential Assessment

Duration:

2-4 weeks flexible engagement

This assessment provides management with a clear, structured understanding of how circular economy can support the organisation’s business objectives.

The work starts with an overview of how the organisation creates value today, including key products or services, material and supply chain dependencies, cost structures, and external pressures such as ESG requirements and regulation.

Circular Supply Chain

Duration:

2-4 weeks flexible engagement

This engagement supports management in strengthening supply chains through circular approaches that improve resilience, cost control, and long-term access to materials.

The work begins by mapping current material flows, logistics services, finished products, and product returns to clarify dependencies and risk exposure. Following this current-state analysis, circular approaches such as product life extension, take-back schemes, and material recovery are evaluated for suitability.
